This reference follows Condor’s current source interfaces:

  • Input files covers the top-level document, material, beam, path, domain, boundary, and global settings.
  • Modes and hooks covers Interface, Snapshots, and Calibrate behavior.
  • Library API and coupling covers standalone execution and in-memory RDF/SRDF production.
  • Output describes CSV fields, spatial selection, and file naming.
